  I was in charge of the newly expanded Children's department in the large, 3 storey Waterstone's bookstore in Richmond, London. My Children's Buyer responsibilities involved monitoring and maintaining stock. Delegating tasks to other members of staff assigned to my department. Offering expertise and advice to customers as well as general cash handling duties of a till operator. I was also trained in and regularly carried out extra duties in goods in and the cash office. I was involved in training new members of staff during the Christmas period.
