  Roundtable wines was a self financed brand established to provide a groundbreaking organically certified tablewine made with contract purchased fruit and processed in contract winemaking facilities. The wines achieved excellent press and found great response in on-premise and off-premise markets. The brand only released one vintage owing to capital constraints. 2005 ‘BIANCO VERDE’ UNWOODED CHARDONNY After working everywhere from Brazil to Moldova,Vales homeboy Nick Bickford made this crunchy biodynamic cracker from the New South Wales Canowindra tablelands. What a relief. Bone-dry,furry with appetising tannin, and loaded with Old World rusticism, it's clean, fine, focused and stunning. Respect. Bickford just rewrote Oz chardonnay. It's punky, funky, bone-dry, unoaked biodynamic shiraz from Nick Bickford, who's obviously blessed by Bacchus with an irreverent gastronomic intelligence that leaves the rest ...etc 94/100 Philip White, The Adelaide Advertiser 26/04/06 Made by an old mate, Nick Bickford, from Shiraz (and a splash of Merlot) grown at Rosnay, this unwooded red impressed the judges in the show's blind tasting with it's honest spicy gluggability.
