      Administrator on the Access to Recovery program, a four year discretionary grant program received by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services, funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). Trains and offers technical assistance to over 20 client intake sites. Monitors, investigates complaints, and performs compliance audits for over 100 service providers. Creates policy and procedure manuals for staff, technical manuals for intake sites and service providers. Coordinate activities between local service providers, county boards, and state agencies.
