During my employment with Tri-Delta the majority of my time was spent providing complete IT support as a network administrator for a charter school that had just opened shortly before I was hired. This included day-to-day support for end users, as well as forward planning to ensure the schools technical infrastructure supported the schools vision to end up in a "1-to-1" environment (1 device per student). I administered Windows 7 workstations, Chromebooks, projectors, tablets, a mobile device manager, smartboards, ShoreTel IP phones, physical and virtual Windows servers, a web content filter, printers and copiers, and an Aruba Wireless system. Some of my additional time with Tri-Delta was spent managing and utilizing a remote monitoring and management software which had many of our customers servers and workstations enrolled as well as their SNMP enabled devices (switches, printers, ect.) At Bryant & Stratton I served as a part time network administrator to support any minor IT related issues that arose during their night classes (and Saturday Mornings). This mostly consisted of network maintenance such as keeping active directory accurate, technical cleanup of shared workstations, ensuring windows updates were pushed from and update server, ect.
