Nick is about as genuine of a person as you'll ever meet. One of the hardest working Sales Professionals I've had the pleasure to work with. Grew his career one step at a time by pushing through obstacles and constantly challenging himself and his craft. He treats his clients like he would treat his own friends and family and it shows. An excellent relationship builder. It was a blast getting to work with him for so many years, and I'm grateful to continue to call him a friend. Highly recommend working with him!

I worked with a team to perform crucial pre-sales functions for phone and web-based sales requests throughout each corresponding business unit of ADP. By addressing all inquiries in a timely fashion, I strive to provide an excellent customer experience. Using SalesForce, I managed the lead and opportunity process to ensure accurate reporting through the CRM. Also, we coordinate directly with sales to identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria for the sales field and that each opportunity receives full and timely attention. These actions are critical in driving the growth of pipeline opportunities and significantly increased sales revenue for ADP. During my first year with the company, I exceeded 100% of our goal for Leads to Qualified Sales Opportunities (QSO's). Show less

I managed the portal Degreesearchnow.com. We generated student leads and connected them to higher education institutions. The schools would pay for us to host advertisements on our portal and push online traffic to the advertisement to garner interest from students. We would be consistently optimizing the traffic, working very closely with the schools, and meticulously watching the campaigns growth to ensure positive results. Through this position, I built a strong core of partnerships and was able to onboard many of the large institutions. Lead lists were created from a myriad of sources including; LinkedIn, partners referrals, and cold calling. Show less

CenturyLink would provide our teams with a list of Phoenix Valley clients and prospects. On a daily basis, we would meet in the mornings as team and then break off into our territories. Going door to door based on our list, I would connect with a variety of people and explain the benefits of CenturyLink's Fiber Optic Internet service. Averaged 2 new appointments daily and was given my own territory within first month. After 6 months, I was promoted to Team Lead, promoted 3 new Sales Reps who I trained and sold alongside. From basic footwoork to mental strategies, I catered to each student's skill level and ensured it was strong and safe learning environment. We had weekly tests on different aspects of the sport and partner (doubles) competitions pairing stronger and weaker players together, using the students to assist in my coaching. Show less
