Graduate Assistant - Logistics CoordinatorResponsibilities include: Keeping accurate inventory of all band and school owned instruments, planning all band travel events, reserving hotel rooms and buses for a 300 member marching band, completing accurate itineraries, and setting up for each rehearsal. Graduate Assistant - Administrative AssistantResponsibilities include: Keeping accurate account of absences for marching band (300 members) and concert bands (3 bands at 70 members each), administering final exams, making databases in Microsoft Excel, preparing budget estimates, scanning music into PDF format, and preparing Finale files for the different musical ensembles.Graduate Assistant - Assistant Pep Band DirectorResponsibilities include: running rehearsals, setting up and judging each audition, and directing the band at basketball games.Graduate Assistant - Sound/Recording EngineerResponsibilities include: Setting up sound equipment for each rehearsal and concerts, set up and ran sound for Chubby Checker, recording marching band CD and concert band performances, and recording and mastering individual concert recitals.
