Nichola was a great asset to Northumberland Scouts operating with the staff team and volunteers, she worked on her own initiative to manage the charities finances on a day to day basis. The record keeping was effective, payments were made timely and our complex cash receipt streams well managed. Monthly departmental management accounts were accurately prepared ready for the trustees and volunteers to monitor the charity and its projects. Nichola happily offered support to assist projects understand their finances and draw up suitable budgets. Regularly her experience was put to use to evolve and improve processes and systems this resulted in improved control of and reporting of the charities finances.
