I have managed a team of five individuals and work to deliver our objectives reporting to Director of Project Services. I am acknowledged as the company super-user for Microsoft Dynamics AX. I manage and maintain the time schedules for the company engineers and project managers to monitor the status of active projects and the revenue generated as a result. Key activity is to monitor the life cycle of all projects and to develop and maintain relationships with the Project Managers and engineers involved. I manage the systems to monitor budgets and ensure that POs and invoices are tracked. I develop cross departmental relationships to ensure that all parts of the project cycle are supported through all areas of the business, for example, working with credit control colleagues to manage seamless cash flow.I am responsible for achieving month end and year end project revenue targets and manage the invoicing/credit cycle for 50% of the business units, including Milestone billing and 3rd Party activity.
