I worked with Nicola on development of a branding manual and can say that working with her was a pleasure. Clear in providing guidelines, regular and constant in feedback, she is a pure leader. Looking forward to work with her again in the near future.

I did some function work with Nicci at Proactive's week long annual conference on Hamilton Island and I have to say she certainly lives up to her name of 'Events Extraordinaire'. She had everything under control, planned and executed everything with military precision without any unexpected circumstances phasing her at all (eg. inclement weather!). At all times she was friendly, smiling, accommodating and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her in an events role.
