Nic is fantastic at bridging the tricky gap between the the customer and the technical team which proves to be a challenge for many businesses. I worked with Nic for a number of years at Care Sourcer, and in that time we were often collaborating on projects that required us to quickly deliver client-facing products. Nic was pivotal in building relationships with customers, and then communicating this back to the rest of the team, allowing us to build a deep understanding of their needs. He helped us understand the differing needs of the numerous customers that he was in contact with, allowing us to build a product that was adaptable to each of their unique situations. Nic was always a pleasure to work with, and I would have no doubts in recommending him for any role where facilitating communication between the customer and technical teams is crucial.
