Executive recruiting is competitive and it requires a certain commitment. Over the four years of working with Nibha I felt she was one of the most committed of all the recruiters I worked with. There were several times when she demonstrated resiliency when projects got derailed and she could no longer market me for a job. Nibha was passionate about recruiting which helped her to overcome these obstacles. I also appreciated that I could count on her for following through with questions I had about an opportunity.
