Job Responsibility: • Responsible for Operation of LPG & ETO gas plant by leading a team of 100 people. • Developing production plan & organizing workers as per distribution demand & LPG availability. • Execute different types of repair work such as mechanical seal replacement, bearing replacement, valve replacement, and alignment. • Prepare daily production report, monthly plant utilization report & another official report to PD. • Supervision of unloading operation of LPG road tanker & assuring proper safety. • Monitoring the Operation & Maintenance Perkins diesel generator, Evacuation system, Air compressor, Jockey pump, diesel driven pump for firefighting. • Overseeing the operation of Ethylene Oxide & CO2 Gas mixing process plant (sterilize medical device). • Prepare raw material forecast according to production schedule & coordinate with Supply Chain Dept. • Maintaining a strong working relationship with all the stakeholders & finding & implementing cost reduction & quality development tools & techniques in the production process. • Ensure consumable items availability by placing requisition & coordination with Supply Chain Dept. • Handling the store, inventory & spare parts issues of the plant as well as for different equipment. Major Accomplishments: • Supervised the erection, commissioning, contractor & ex-pat management work to complete 300 MT LPG storage & 8000-cylinder capacity bottling plant. • Led the Installation of the pipeline, pump, valves, and flanges of the LPG plant as per design. • Set proper quality parameters & checklists to follow up & evaluate the task of sub-contractors. • Monitored the overall project HSE Fundamentals, hazard identification, Risk Assessment & Risk management through operational control, Permit to Work (PTW), Working at height, Confined space & hot work, Workplace environment, etc. • Supervised all P&ID, valves, strainer, ROV installation and modification activities.

Sub-Assistant Engineer

Job Responsibility: • Handling the Automated & Manual plant operation for Nitrile & PVC based product. • Prepare daily production summary, Monitor production quality & upload in the SAP system. • Workers handling, prepare their weekly schedule, guiding them & evaluating their performance. • Issuing raw materials from SAP system as per requirement. • Find product faults & defects, take corrective action immediately & schedule required maintenance. • Analysis root cause of less productivity & reduce rejection percentage based on the analysis.
