  Hi, I started Plan Alpha in 2021, aim at providing career counseling services for Chinese first-generation students. As a female, bisexual, first-generation student, I went through the anger, anxiety and confusion faced by a minority in China and I gained a lot during the process. After graduation from the most prestigious business school in China, I know it is time for me to give and empower our community. Plan Alpha is pro bono and absolutely amazing for me and my students. I now served for more than 100 students, with 80% being females and more than half LGBTQ+ individuals. I organized "100-DAY" program to oversee my students contribute to their life goals continuously. Besides, I provide on-one-on session to solve their problems, such as self-identification, coming-out problems in campus, career plans, internship plans and relationship with their families.
