I developed a strategic vision for a RTP presence in the Asia region in new RTP countries. I delivered on innovative strategies to achieve core regional objectives for the organization. I collaborated closely with multiple stakeholders, including NGOs, UN bodies, local partners and Senior Ministers for the region. I apply new engagement models to build strong relations with new partners. I have provided high-level oversight, strategic guidance, and technical support to country office to manage organization’s programming, increase quality standards and long-term impact. I have promoted and advocated for sustaining engagement of government and civil society. I have fostered and sustained productive relationship with international philanthropic donors and bilateral donors. I have developed and executed a strategic plan that clearly defined empowerment vision for RTP Thailand and RTP Myanmar. ★ Increased funding pipelines by making relations with diverse range of donors to secure grants of $11M for next 3 years.★ Planned and controlled large-scale country budgets in excess of $4M in compliance with donor requirements.★ Administered largest staffing portfolio for RTP of 65 staff, utilizing four languages across eight field offices.★ Elected by country directors of 13 NGO’s to lead the committee for coordinating services to displaced persons in Thailand (CCSDPT) for two years.

I have headed all aspects of program strategic planning and ensured programs were delivered to the highest quality in seven refugee camps. I have led Right To Play in consortium with Save The Children, ADRA, and JRS. I have developed seven cost centers in three currencies for allocating program funds to the different projects. I have represented and consulted relevant field-level meetings with international, national, and community partner representatives, refugee camp, and local government authorities on behalf of the RTP. I have ensured timely completion of output and outcome assessments whilst coordinating with country manager. I have contributed in high level meetings in Myanmar to highlight scope opportunities for a new country program.★ Designed, deployed, and monitored logical frameworks, action plans, budgets, and performance measurement frameworks (PMF) of three major projects in seven refugee camps.★ Secured five new grants through establishment of productive relationships with various ministerial departments.★ Spearheaded RTP Thailand’s’ first EU Grant of € 2.5M within the framework of a specific EU programme.

Field Manager

I have headed multiple operations, including implementing, planning, monitoring, and reporting of all primary health care facilities for a refugee camp of 45,000 people. I have accurately forecasted budgets for all program activities and report regularly on use of funds for 7 different institutional donors including ECHO, USAID, DFID, and Global Fund Malaria. I have reviewed and amended Surveillance and Rapid Response Team (SRRT) protocol for outbreaks of communicable diseases. I have participated in community development activities to enhance awareness regarding preventative measures and health education. I have revised existing security manuals and contingency strategies for continuous process improvement and produced detailed reports on the evolution of the local context and security. ★ Managed all seven donor projects from conceptualization to the final delivery within predetermined budget.★ Led multi-skilled team of 300 staff and technical doctors in the refugee camp to accomplish assigned tasks effectively.★ Devised and presented swift solutions to resolve significant wash and sanitation issues for camp population of 45,000 people.★ Ensured EPI program by managing cold chain from office to field in low resource environment

I have identified and established progressive project plan in line with Irish Aid’s strategic vision as well as generated comprehensive periodic financial and narrative reports in line with EC funding requirements. I have directed and applied EU funded Development Education project on behalf of Trócaire in Ireland. I have led all phases of project management functions, including planning budgets, creating effective roadmaps, and maintaining all communication documents. I have streamlined communication base with team members and stakeholders to provide information about project expectations. ★ Ensured project delivery within agreed time lines according to clients’ specifications and achieved desired outcomes.★ Improved knowledge of teachers and educators by organizing informative trainings and workshops.

I have strategically planned and developed monitoring and evaluation systems for the GBS program with partner organizations such as non-governmental, community based, and central level government authorities with USAID funding. I have developed, assessed, evaluated and implemented strategic ‘capacity building’ program in partnership with local education authorities both at central and field level across seven refugee camps and inside Myanmar. I have introduced online initiative in a refugee camp, led Global Border Studies (GBS) project from inception to completion, and strengthened relations between Irish university and a locally Education authority while using limited resources. I have ensured logistics and security of documented and undocumented migrants, IDP’s, and refugees in the pursuit of education opportunities.★ Improved education growth rate by leading the education emergency response of 20,000 people for IDP’s and urban refugees as well as implemented first online program inside a refugee camp in Thailand.★ Adopted best HR practice/procedures while supervising staff (both foreign and local) working on Education programs.★ Ensured accuracy and completeness of all necessary documents and submitted periodic activity reports which aligned with organizational targets and met USAID’s requirements.
