I create content for both websites, manage digital content, and edit the articles of our in-house staff, freelancers, and student ambassadors.• Project management: I have worked with the team to ensure the growth of our two websites, enhanced engagement with our readers, and ensured we have a more consistent tone of voice for our audience. The team and I very much raised the bar of our editorial content in the past 12 months, something I am very proud of.• User development team: I have undertaken market research for the company's custom personas to better understand who our target audience is, their needs, and their motivations for using our websites.• Speaker for the company: I have attended events and conferences on behalf of our company, and also moderated panel discussions. Some noteworthy events include a visit to European Parliament about the European Green Deal and ESCP Business School about the future of sustainability. Networking and creating relationships are a key part of my job, something that I enjoy and do so confidently.• Advocate for diversity and inclusion: I am the Global Wellness Lead, as well as a member of both the LGBT+ Network and the General Diversity Network.

After my Press Association Training I was able to take part in work experience for the video desk. I worked closely with other Video Journalists out on jobs and I was able to interview for content which was later used on the video wire. I interviewed mourning fans at the David Bowie mural in Brixton, Junior Doctors at the picket line, and heterosexual couple Rebecca Steinfeld and Charles Keidan at the High Court about civil partnerships laws. I was sent out to film footage independently, and I also edited rough cuts and packages for the video wire.
