I had the pleasure of teaching Niamh while she studied for her degree in the University of Limerick. Niamh was always punctual and eager to engage with the material that she was being taught. She has excellent organisation skills which she demonstrated frequently whilst undertaking group projects. She is a natural presenter and is more than comfortable presenting difficult topics to large groups. She will make a positive addition to any organisation and I wish her every success in the future.

At that time I was a Buyer/Planner, and Niamh was the Project Manager responsible for New Product Introductions for many of my commodities.
