Niall is one of the best recruitment professional I have worked with. He is a very good communicator, takes time to explain what the role is , how the organisation culture is and which areas of the role are really important. He also takes the time to understand the strengths and skills of the candidate in order to find the best match for the role. The turn around times after interviews were also very quick and feedback was given immediately post interviews. It took a week to go from our first conversation to final interview and offer. He followed up how I was doing in the role. Highly recommend Niall for anyone looking for a new role.
