I was involved in an early startup named Hidroagro when I was in college to make a plan and strategy for the product to be sold. I did several types of research on the competitor’s products from websites and social media which focus on the value that the competitors bring. Moreover, I also assess the engagement of visitors towards the competitor’s product on how the product presentation can drive the visitor without any issue to use or buy the product. Once the research is done, my team and I will discuss how to create a product and plan to track the metrics of our product in order to analyze the performance of the product. I have experience in using several tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and visualization tools including Google Data Studio. My responsibility: • Managed market research from various products and competitor research. • Increased user traffic by 10x (3,500 to 35,000) on the website as well as the transaction by 25x (500 to 12,500) Year on Year. • Handled B2B projects with several companies such as OJK, Great Eastern, and Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI). • Increased experiences on both the website and Instagram to meet the users with the products properly.

I was an internship student at PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (formerly known as PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara) in the Process Department and Marine Environmental Department. At the Process Department, I was handling documents that need to be reported to the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency of Indonesia (BAPETEN) about nuclear material inside the gauging instrument, responsible to measure radiation exposure in the vicinity of the workplace where the gauging instrument is placed. Also, giving a brief presentation to security personnel about security culture and how to secure nuclear material from insider or outsider threats. At the Marine Environmental Department, I was sampling seawater to measure whether there is tailings content in seawater at a certain distance and depth.
