I successfully developed and implemented Beginners' Japanese 11 course without the use of prior materials, my school thus became one of the only school in the school system to offer a second-language option to students, diversifying students interests and subject areas. I have also adapted assessments for student with special needs, and created enrichment material for advanced students I successfully organized and ran U o Waterloo Math Competitions: Canadian Senior Math Contest, Fryer/Galois/Hypatia Contests, and Euclid Contests. My students has consistently ranked in the top 25% of competition, and many has achieved rankings of notable achievements. I successfully introduced and published the first MLIS-CQ yearbook. With a team of 20 students, we designed, wrote and created the first yearbook of its kind on the Campus. I also actively run many after-school clubs: Math Club, Japanese Culture Club, Yearbook Club, Anime Club, etc.
