• DBT Capital AB - Product manager, May 2023 - Aug 2023 DBT is a B2B fintech company for SME lending. As the product manager there Nhan was responsible for leading their four engineering teams. She also works with stakeholders to define product requirements and give weekly updates on ongoing initiatives. It was also part of her responsibility to help the management team be more strategic with their OKRs, product strategy, product roadmap and product discovery.



• • Collaborated with the company founder on product vision and proposed hiring strategy to develop an effective product organization. • Introduced and built structured and scalable product development process • Managed a delayed OKR/Goals project day one at work by adjusting scope and communicating closely with external teams. • Helped design user interview processes for new projects like Salary Review feature to ensure timely delivery by defining MVP and de-risking the project with milestones. • Through close collaboration with the whole development team a new Slack reporting feature was defined, built and tested in 5 weeks, exceeding stakeholder expectation. • Manager for Engineering team leads and Designers Show less



• Quality assurance assignment in the e-commerce domain. Worked in agile teams and was responsible for: • Agile test execution • Test planning and coordination with other teams • Management of offshore test team • Implementation of Continuous Delivery in collaboration with developers and devOps. • Creating test automation strategy



• An initial assignment as a tester quickly led to a test lead role through strong recommendation from the leadership group. I was responsible for leading and coordinating with the offshore test team in India. At a later stage I was entrusted with creating the test automation strategy and general test strategy for the company’s online division.



• I'm very grateful for this very first work experience after graduation. I learned a lot about Quality assurance in various assignments and projects. I got awarded with "Consultant of the Month", for delivering significant improvements in quality output of the project, after the first month of joining.
