As a senior sales engineer I am constantly interacting with customers during every stage of the sales cycle, helping them understand the value Instabase’s platform brings (whether they're a developer, a C-level executive, or anything in-between), and building effective champions within accounts. This includes everything from creating custom demonstrations of our tools, to providing product training to our clients, to speaking at conferences. It also means I structure and manage POCs so that they are completed throughly, on-time, and fully reflect the amazing things our products are capable of. I'm constantly working to achieve the always-important "technical win", whether that's by supporting our present and future clients remotely or by getting on planes, trains, and automobiles to sort things out face-to-face. Lastly, I am a primary conduit of technical information from the field back to the Instabase product and marketing teams. I use my technical knowledge and business know-how to understand where our customers are looking to go with their products, helping to ensure that Instabase is always ahead of the curve. Show less
