The system filters messages based on their metadata, in order to send only relevant messages to the bot. - Build and maintain the bot using Microsoft Bot Framework. The bot uses a generated conversation flow to reply to users and provide suggestions. - Build a new communication method between bot and the Bridge System using Redis Message Queue, to replace the current method which is based on HTTP requests. - Build an automatic load test system using K6.
