Working in the Service Field in Vietnam, especially as a waitress or waiter is not an easy job due to the high demand of the customers, and the mindset of always bringing customers the best experience in order to please them. Through the period of 5 months working as a waitress at The Coffee House Vietnam, I have learned so many priceless experiences in serving the customer and working efficiently in a group of co-workers.
