June 2020 – Now: Manage the Maintenance team of 2 Fiber cement factories includes 4 production lines. Manage the E&A project team with 5 members, included: 1 team leader, 1 automation engineer, 1 electrical engineer, 2 technicians to finish the line 2 project (increasing the plant capacity 2 times) in 2016 & the new plant project ( Line 3) finished in August 2018.
