   Be in charge of purchasing materials from domestic and overseas vendor.  Search and develop supplier portfolio to supply goods  Work collaboratively and negotiate with stakeholders and suppliers regarding to new projects, supply resource and initiatives  Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery and invoice issues  Negotiating with them about price, Incoterms, payment method  Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible  Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and deal with any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business  Explore alternate sources for materials  Maintain a good relationship with suppliers  Complete customs clearance for import goods.  Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.  Evaluate supplier periodically  Assess tenders and quotations from potential suppliers  Attend meetings and update others on issues or concerns, in particular when there is a risk which could prevent the organization meeting customer demands or where there are over capacity concerns Show less
