  - Work closely with functional team (design – pattern – tooling) to clarify and work with clear goal: target customer, target price, model concept, design intention.- Review and tackle down any challenges risen in term of pattern – tooling – material to achieve what Client requires.- Communicate with outsourcing vendors for new material and check material’s workability on certain pattern / process.- Conduct testing for new process relating to upper, tooling, function.- Build up physical samples for each development stage and report back to client in headquater if there is any concern and suggestion after aligning with functional team.- Work with multisourcing factories for transfered models. Set up various trials and testing and work with offshore factories closely for well commercialization process. - Arrange Model Quality Training for inline operators before mass production to ensure well qualified product.
