  Le Hong Phong High school for the gifted had equipped each room with a computer that connected to school network in from 2009-2010 school year. Thus, old documents in the library such as images, video tapes, paper maps need to be converted into digital versions so that they can be effectively stored, viewed and search on class room computers. My Informatics teacher and I made copies of them by taking pictures of maps; scan out illustrative pictures into files. These documents were later organized into categories so that teachers and students may access them easily. A backup was also created.
