      Role & responsibilities: - Manage a sales team of 6 (2 Sales Representatives & 4 Salesmen) deliver monthly target of Sales Volume, Distribution, Contract. - Cooperate with Regional Trade marketing supervisor to deploy right promotion, visibility and execution at Point of consumption (POC). - Develop sales team's capability via frequent trainings and on-field coaching, ensure sales team follow thier KPI, deliver the expected satisfactory trade service level at POC and look for new opportunity to cooperate with new accounts. - Strengthen business relationship with key accounts in reassigned area on a win-win basis. The highest peak was 11,000 cases recorded in Dec, 2019. - Off-premise distribution was built to nearly 100 POCs from scratch while On-premise distribution quadrupled to approximately 40. This result come from successful built 2 On-premise strongholds in Việt Sing residence area and BigC Di An area, where more than 20 point of consumption were fully deployed visibility and frequent activation. - In 17 out of 18 months (94%) did all the Sales members receive their bonuses.
