At TrueMoney, I am incharge of Finance, Planning & Analysis, manage a team of 3 and report directly to CFO.Main tasks include:1/ Forecast of new products (Be ride-hailing, C.P. Vietnam x VPBank working capital lending platform, TrueCard x VIB credit card register platform, SHB Finance loan payout, etc.); weekly inbound/outbound cashflow and cash reverse; quarterly loan disbursement plan; annual operating plan (AoP).2/ Report and analysis of performance of use case and marketing campaigns; monthly Revenue and Cost of sales report; monthly management report; and other incident reports, namely unusual movements of inbound/outbound cashflow, product/provider termination proposal, up-scale proposal, etc.3/ Market research: TAM x SAM x SOM; analysis of competitors’ products and incentive packages, and environmental changes (impact and response).4/ Others: incentive mechanism review, KPI settings for new use case and marketing campaign, commercial contractual terms negotiation, payments review of merchants and aggregators on e-wallet and payment gateway.During my length of service, I am recognised by creating new reports selling insights of business efficiency, fraud indicator and A/B testing results facilitate BoM and Business to decide tactics; proposing termination of 2 products to reduce gross loss and operating costs of tens of thousands of US Dollar with minimal impact to number of users and relocating human resource and scope of work to economise 15% monthly working time.TrueMoney is the fintech arm of the world's leading corporation Charoen Pokphand (C.P. Joined PwC Vietnam since 2016, I involved in projects for 50 clients in various industries, including audit: fin-tech, media and communication, telecommunication, healthcare, logistics, fashion retail, F&B retail, manufacturing (F&B, vehicles, furniture, other equipment, etc); and non-assurance services: internal audit, SOX design review, fraud check and fund/expenditures verification for NGO’s projects.I involved in some big projects, namely: investment impairment assessment projects for a fin-tech, a telecommunication, a healthcare and two manufacturing companies, in which I conducted understanding, review and sensitivity analysis of the budgets; SOX design review for a vehicle manufacturing company.I had chances to work in global teams, including onsite for an expenditure verification project in Lao PDR, in which I managed a team from PwC Laos, and offsite for PwC Hong Kong in consolidation projects.
