It's a rare and valuable chance to work with such person as Nigel who not only happens to be a great manager but also a coach and a friend. Together we ran various workshops, successfully developed and confirmed key products, and significantly improved a number of existing ones. Nigel proved to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He always had an efficient management style to make our work go smoothly and was excellent in communicating ideas to the rest of the team. Nigel’s superpowers are encouraging, facilitating, empowering which helps to build a great team, as well as relationships and collaboration within it. Nigel is a talented, committed, wise and warm co-worker. I highly recommend Nigel and looking forward to working with him again!

I have the pleasure of working under Nigel for over 4 months, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Nigel empowered me to run my own projects independently, allowed me to think creatively by encouraging me to suggest new ideas to him, and above all, having a high degree of trust in my ideas. These traits made him a really nice superior to work for and I believe he have the entrepreneurial spirit in him. I know that regardless of his endeavours, Nigel will be able to achieve them - not because he is a one man army, but because he is able to motivate and empower people to work together and achieve his goals. That, is the true essence of entrepreneurship.
