I’ve known Nghia Nguyen for approximately ten years. He is very professional, highly intelligent, and very hard working person. He’s also a very dedicated and efficient multi-tasker. For example, he’s spent the majority of his professional career dedicated to advancing his academic career as well as working full time. He has always managed to juggle his professional, academic, and personal goals with grace and dignity. His work ethic is second to none and he has a strong desire to be honest and ethical in all his endeavors. He came to this country as an immigrant from Vietnam and has since mastered multiple languages. I’ve observed that he excels in all his endeavors and is a marvelous example of the American dream for those who can benefit from his knowledge and expertise. It’s been a pleasure for me to work with Nghia, to observe his growth and development over the years, as well as being able to provide him with professional guidance and mentoring.

He is not only good at managing employees but also delegation of duties. He is the first one in and the last one out on most nights. He handles the financial transactions and all of the other tasks that go along with running an effective business. He strives to learn a new industry and then grow within that new role. He's well liked, reliable and extremely diligent at getting all of the day to day responsibilities completed. My recommendation is to place him into a training program to see how he thrives in this new role. Give him the chance and he will shine and be a valued member of your team. - Nicole Andres
