  I started working at a restaurant (Spur @Durban international airport) from 2006-2012 as a waiter then I got a new job at Kansai Plascon , my duties were: weighing Raw materials(Powders &Chemicals).Then as a utility team player I was moved to all the sections in my Department of which I was : A Forklift Operator , Checking of Raw materials to make sure they are all there according the Batch card , Operating the Lift to different Departments of manufacturing .My superiors saw potential in me then they ask me to come and work inside the office to assist my supervisor by running shifts , delegating work to 3shift meeting daily targets , solving problems ,helping meeting customers needs like pushing urgent orders . which was all executed perfectly , Then a Boiler Operator post came up I applied was successful went for training and started working as a boiler operator. ln July 2017 Reactor Operator position came up I applied and I was successful now m working as a Reactor Operator my duties are: getting the Batch card n checking if all the raw materials are supplied accordingly,double check the pack Size's, making sure everything is available n ready for production,loading of raws as per manufacturing instructions & standard operating procedure, monitoring n taking samples at interval stages,house keeping, loading the final product in bulk tanks,flobins n drums when it is passed.Ever since I joined Plascon the company has been developing us of which now I have:NQF 1(Manufacturing, engineering and related activities) National Certificate & NQF 1(Chemical Operations) I am currently busy with NQF 2 in (Chemical Operations) Show less
