After leaving C&W Electronic Pte Ltd I back to ST Circuit Design & Contract Pte Ltd to work as a Production cum Process and Product Quality Engineer (Operation). Basically, my role is to manage my company running quality systems and process smoothly. When I back to ST Circuit Design I was totally shocked, this company has changed a lot compared to the past I am working in this company now more in work-life balance, good benefit, nice environment, good management system and lifelong learning. The working time must more flexible, a lot of company events and activities likes adventure camping trip, escape mission games etc. Company also sends me attending course on IPC-A-610, 3D printing, soft skills course etc. I also attended PCB Design & Simulation Workshop, PCB Connect Workshop by PCB GraphTech Pte Ltd. During the COVID-19 pandemic period, I became multitasking position reason due to manpower skills shortage. After Singapore has fully re-open, I became Operation Engineer as a Head of Operation Department. I can say is a big changeling for me, a lot of things I need to take care of it. I also thank my boss Mr. Eddy has trusted me. Show less
