Nick is a stand out operator in his field. Combining his video production with insightful writing and storytelling, Nick delivers content and comms that resonate equally well with the business and customers. I had the pleasure to work with Nick at Gradwell, collaborating on new product and marketing initiatives and launches. Nick’s ability to lead on his product development, while also mapping out marketing and customer experience plans, made a dramatic difference to the teams’ success. Oh, and we could always count on Nick being first in the office! It's without hesitation that I recommend Nick and know he'll be an asset to any team.

I remember when I was told Nick had been offered a job in our product team, moving across from another department within the organisation. I dropped him a message to say that I was looking forward to working with him and that I felt he'd be a great person for the role. Over the last few years my gut feeling wasn't proved wrong. Nick has worked tirelessly to build his skill set and made hard decisions based on reasoned analysis along the way. He has been given other responsibilities and risen to the challenge, probably not receiving enough kudos along the way because the work he has done 'just works'. One of the things I most value about Nick is that he isn't a simple "yes" man, but will disagree and argue an alternative viewpoint if necessary, but without being rude or abrasive, and he is an asset to any team.

Nick Fox has a very brilliant mind and is incredibly technically astute. Nick entirely understands the full life cycle of a product, interacting with teams at all levels to achieve the best technical and saleable solution. If something isn't right, he'll tell you and that's what makes Nick such a valuable member of our team.

Bringing over a decade of experience in the automotive sector to the table, I co-founded Centric Creative with the goal of delivering high-quality video production expected by global channels, but for regional level budgets. Our efficient processes and 100+ million video views within the first couple of years speak volumes in our efforts in achieving this. Centric creates content for top automotive brands as well as high profile automotive personalities. I’ve never believed in excess or fluff - just getting the job done right. Pulling an exceptionally talented team together has enabled Centric to take on some of the biggest names in the industry.Over 100% growth achieved in year 2 of trading, and a successful exit in year 3. Richard Hammond wanted to bring Video Production to his very successful social media company DriveTribe, and Centric was the right fit.Very excited to be heading up Video Production and Operations for the new combined company. I have worked with the Lovecars team since 2017 on a freelance basis, assisting them with content creation and strategy. As the company have continued to grow, so have their requirements for someone to take on these responsibilities, amongst others, in a full time capacity. The company is split into two sections with their entertainment arm, but also professional content creation and social media strategy/management. I split my time across both sides of the business.I bring both my Product and Creativity skillsets to the team, not only to help manage the day to day alongside the company’s founder, but also to get stuck in with the creative team to help speed up delivery of projects whilst maintaining the high quality of output. I manage some of the company’s key accounts to ensure we are achieving joint objectives set out. From the planning of shoots to capture relevant content, including organising crew to scheduling posts and ensuring KPIs are met.On top of the day to day, Lovecars is currently undergoing a very exciting new project bringing the show to traditional TV. I have taken on the role as Series Producer but also had on many other hats including more recently project management to get the series over the line. Show less

    • On The Road - Series Producer
      • Jul 2019 - Jul 2020

We had an exciting opportunity to take what we do online, and bring it to terrestrial TV. With a diverse skillset, I took on the role as Series Producer in order to help us get the show planned, filmed, edited and delivered. Due to the size of the team, many hats were worn during the project, but as a team we achieved what was advised as unachievable. Lovecars: On The Road aired on ITV4 in November and December of 2020.

Very much the same as the previous role with more of a shift to complex cases. I continued in this role until the company started a Product function where by my skill set was determined a good fit.

    • Enhanced Care Team Leader
      • Dec 2013 - Aug 2014

As the Enhanced Care team leader, I managed the teams workload and distributed tasks accordingly. It was our teams role to pick up and action any complex or escalated issues. I would assess current processes and procedures and improve on them where possible. I undertook a variety of additional tasks including testing and documenting new products and services, working with 3rd parties to improve business relationships and offer assistance to our support team. The position itself was new to the company and it was a role I continued to develop before being rebranded to Senior Technical Support. Show less

As a PSTN & ADSL Thirdline Engineer I dealt with complex PSTN & ADSL faults for general consumers. This entailed precise fault finding and working with 3rd parties to ensure efficient resolution times. This role was a great entry point to Telecommunications and I understook comprehensive training with Sky. This gave me a great foundation of knowledge in the sector and an appetite to advance in the industry. Telesales role contacting cold leads on a dialler to discuss home and car insurance renewals. This was a high volume calling role contacting approximately 100 people a day which would generally result in 10-15 quotes and 1-3 policies sold. I was typically able to build a good rapport with people over the phone and would often turn a call around from someone being quite displeased you were contacting them, to actually having a quote and in some cases getting them to sign up. This approach had me consistently exceeded my target during my time at the company up until the point in which we were made redundant due to them closing our office. Show less
