A trainee in Islamic bank as a customer service in in period start in July one until the end of August one • I was learned knowledge about the bank system relate to 1. Certification system for example in fasil we have three types form the deposit certification first one for 3 year duration with interest income every 3 month 2. Five year duration this certification have interest income every month with unfixed interest 3. Seven duration this certification the only one with cumulative interest rate but you can take the half your interest income after the first 3.5 year • You can cancel any of these certification after 6 month • Commination with the customer solve the problem related to the customer • Explain the customer the different types of product like ( morabhah – egar – etc )
