I will fall short of words if I have to speak about Neville's qualities (whether personal or professional). I am lucky to find him as one of the rarest talents during my management trainee recruitment drives. Neville impressed recruitment panel with his communication, creative thinking and vast knowledge about hospitality. Soon after the onboarding process, I was pleasantly surprised to see that we got a future leader with much more than the above mentioned qualities. As time went by, I learnt that Neville is also skilled in computer coding, robotics, mixology, food chemistry and metallurgy. During his management trainee program, he successfully created an automated beverage dispenser for personal use (definitely it was pre-covid era). I was rest assured with the fact that Neville not only earned knowledge for himself but also strengthened it by teaching it to his team members. As true a leader, he believes in empowering his people alongside while organisational goals are accomplished. He has profound knowledge of ancient weapons, ancient artifacts, evolutionary history of several civilizations and collaborative writing. He is like my encyclopaedia for technologies of various timelines. Definitely, Neville is my preferred choice whenever I am working on research subjects and he is the first one to respond surveys, deliberate topics, add opinions and give honest feedback. Likewise, I am always eager to hear about his new posts, assignments and projects. Honestly, for the first time I felt I need to pull my socks if I have to handle talent of this grade. Such a young man with in depth knowledge of various subjects would certainly flourish in any field as long as his intelligence is engaged with fodders of research and development tasks. Neville earns my highest recommendations for his ability to impart knowledge effortlessly and having never subliming curiousity.
