      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serves as a project manager for training and development programs, and initiatives for employee development. • Develops a Competency Assessment Survey to measure the competency level of DTI Employees and determine their performance gaps as input in developing a training program curriculum per job level and positions. • Manages and implements multiple DTI Academy Competency-based Training Programs simultaneously (Nationwide) to address the competency gaps (Technical, Core, Leadership) of employees and ensure that they have the right skills and knowledge to perform their job. • Conduct Competency Assessment, Designs Training Modules, Develops Training Plan/Curriculum, Implement the Training Program, and Evaluate and/or Create a Post-activity Report of the Program (ADDIE) • Oversee the conduct of competency modeling, profiling, and assessment to different Bureaus/Offices Nationwide to update the competency profiles of employees as input to competency-based job descriptions, job family profiles, and competency dictionaries. • Serves as Project Manager and Speaker/Facilitator in Psychological Wellness Programs for DTI Employees such as Mental Health Awareness and Psychological Debriefing info sessions with integrated mindfulness activities. • Serves as an assistant project manager in implementing different Health and Wellness Programs for DTI Employees (Physical, Emotional, Financial, Spiritual, etc.) • Sources and Partners with other government organizations and private institutions to successfully conduct wellness programs and activities for employees Nationwide. • Conducts OD Needs Assessment/ Sensing Interview for Teambuilding Activity to identify relationship gaps among members of the requesting unit. • Designs and Develops module/curriculum for Teambuilding based on Identified Gaps in OD Needs Assessment conducted • Serves as the main facilitator for Teambuilding Activities of the Department in Head Office and Regional Offices Show less
