I have had the privilege of consulting for companies like Spanx, Delta, The Home Depot, UPS, and Truist. Physical Therapy Intern

Learned about body mechanics, spinal cord injuries, paralysis, and treatment plans (guided exercises, neuromuscular stimulation, gait training, and adaptive fitness) from physical therapists and activity based therapists. Duties included observing patients, documenting patient tolerance and status during treatment to modify treatment program, monitoring patients to ensure safety, providing feedback to maximize effectiveness of treatment, and cleaning and maintaining rehabilitation equipment.
