Roles and Responsibilities Training, Placements & Industry Interactions. 1. Continuous efforts in developing contacts with Industries heads/HR and participating in their organized programs and also organizing Industry Interaction meet in the college premises. 2. Analyzing the Industry expectations in liaison with HRs on regular basis for preparing students training in par with the expectations and requirements of the Industries. 3. Organizing industry oriented Guest lectures, workshops, seminars, conferences & industrial visits beneficial both the students and faculty members to have practical exposures. 4. Arranging regular Soft Skills & requisite Technical training both internally and externally to the students including employability skills for their better placements. 5. Accomplishing about 80% placements by arranging campus drive to the students. Reputed companies invited for On Campus. Also explore Off Campus avenues for better placements. 6. Arranging Pool drives, Job fairs etc., for the benefit of the alumni of the institute as well that of surrounding institutes. Influencing HRs of the Industry’s for fresher’s placement as well. 7. Arranging resource persons for all major institutional activities including taking care of event and facility management. 8. Hospitality planning and care for the visitors of various events of the institution including training and placements. 9. Supporting in organizing various Institutional Social Responsibilities and enriching students creating awareness of their responsibilities to the society, nation.
