  As urban planner of Bang Lamung, Chonburi Province comprehensive plan (Including Pattaya city), my responsibility was to negotiate with stakeholders, including public participation. I had to advise the local authorities about the law in terms of urban planning, organise meetings to discuss and analyse the expectations of every stakeholder, negotiate with public and private sector to set the urban zoning (part of the comprehensive plan).
