  Violad Creative Studio is a production house that developed video creatives for television, digital, and paid media. I bootstrapped Violad from the ground up, growing the team to 10 full-time editors, producers, and strategists without outside investment. I managed all aspects of the business ranging from sales, production, recruitment, and marketing. Clients included Sinarmas, Rexona, Asian Para Games, Shipper, and AirAsia.
