  Pangan Aman Goes to Campus (PAGC) is a synergy program from BPOM and Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Kemendikbudristek to form a Food Safety Facilitator to increase participation and competency in the Food Safety field by directly facilitating Food Processed SMEs to implement fulfillment of Good Manufacturing Practices and spread to many work areas such as BPOM Jakarta, Balai Besar POM Aceh, Denpasar, Serang, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, Padang, and Medan. - Responsible to assist the SMEs to implement the fulfillment Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) which directly supervised by Badan Pengawas Obat Makanan RI - Able to solve food safety problems in Processed Food SMEs such as identifying the source of food safety hazard, GAP Analysis according to BPOM Regulation, and making corrections also corrective actions. - Facilitated the SMEs to designing GMP’s document in accordance with the types of products produced by SMEs processed food as a requirement for registration of GMP and BPOM RI MD - Monitoring the implementation of the GMP Show less
