Nesar is a rare human being. I have never seen a man so humble and so generous beyond his means towards others. A true gem. His business acumen supercedes most others in the real estate industry - he is in fact a walking data platform of all things Dubai real estate having grown up here from his early years and seen the city spring out of the desert. This man has a very strong mission to raise the reputation of Bangladesh like I have never witnessed before. He is the Ghandi/ Mother Teresa of Bangladesh -his fellow peers should be very proud to have him as their representative. There is a lot more to Nesar that we have yet to see.
