  In 2010, WAVTEQ and Investment Consulting Associates co-founded and developed www.icaincentives.com, a unique online database of government incentives awarded to companies in all industries for foreign and domestic investment projects. In 2014, WAVTEQ completed acquisition of the product and rebranded as IncentivesMonitor™ (www.incentivesmonitor.com).I have been responsible for the content of IncentivesMonitor™ since 2010 and have studied incentive regimes in 80+ countries. The platform allows for benchmarking and optimization of incentive regimes and helps negotiate incentive packages more effectively.In 2014, I became Global Account Manager for IncentivesMonitor™ which is currently used by EDOs/IPAs, site selectors and other consultancy firms as well as multinational corporations. I have built-up a very strong knowledge of government incentives for FDI around the world and have academic articles published by Columbia University. In 2015, I analysed the incentive frameworks and data for Manufacturing, R&D and Life Sciences inward investment for 12 locations including USA, Puerto Rico, UK, France and Italy. Detailed reports on each country / state were provided outlining the incentives policies, incentives deal data, key incentives metrics and identifying companies that were awarded incentives.
