Project managed all website redevelopments, from full site to improvement projects Managed the content and the front-end experience of the website and service portal. From initiation to finalisation, successfully project managed the delivery of two new responsive Council websites - Active Moreland activemoreland.com.au in 2019 and Business Moreland businessmoreland.com.au in 2018. This included site specification liaison with designers and developers, user testing, CMS site setup, content and stakeholder management. Managed the front-end experience of the Council digital services portal eservices.moreland.vic.gov.au, including forms, content, messaging, and linking with content in the main website. Working in small project teams, progressively added online forms for Council processes - applications, payments, bookings and customer requests. This site is used as a benchmark by many other Councils. Effectively managed and improved Council’s website content, in a multi-service local government environment with processes, policies and legislation which are never straight forward. This has required nurturing solid relationships and trust with staff, a strong service approach, and balancing internal requirements with the needs of the user through discussion and negotiation. Working with an internal team, designed and implemented a new intranet site in 2017, to provide a platform for staff to interact, collaborate and access reliable, easy-to-find content. Staff use of their intranet site has more than doubled since going live. Project managed the redesign of the corporate website moreland.vic.gov.au in 2014. While this site is now due for redevelopment, the project saw the successful implementation of a new CMS across Council and better content, search and functionality, such as mapping, waste calendars and park search which has resulted in significantly more visits.
