Identifying gaps, areas for improvement, identifying risks & apply risk management. •Represent the company during annual surveillance audits & customer audits. •Identify & deal with non-conforming products & services and decide on the best corrective & preventative action. •Document control. •Update/improve company procedures. •Prepare for audits & report to management.
