  Master in Bioinformatics for Health Sciences practical training during which I have been researching on population genomics within the Genomics England Research Environment. My thesis focuses on primary immunodeficiencies, in particular I am analysing possible digenic combinations that may lead to the development of such diseases. I developed the code to do so, working with whole genome sequencing data, mainly in bash and python languages, also using programs such as BCFtools, Plink, SNPEff/SNPSift, and R for the statistical analysis among others.
