  • Provide technical input into research tool and database design, analysis and interpretation of data. • Develop research material as indicated by research projects in cooperation with research staff and collaborators. • Develop and implement data management work plans. • Develop, implement and maintain all data related SOPs. • Develop data entry tools in conjunction with principal investigators. • Create and maintain large study data sets. • Manage large clinical databases, including data cleaning and construction of analytic data sets. • Run queries and provide statistics on study data sets. • Provide data management technical support to principal investigators as needed. • Participate in and represent data management team at meetings as required. • Provide quality assurance for all data in accordance with ethical and GCP requirements and SOPs. • Track data mistakes made by data capturers/study coordinators. • Monitor and evaluate progress of data management for respective projects. • Attend to all staffing requirements and administration. • Supervise data capturers and administrators. • Train data capturers and other data support staff. • Perform and facilitate performance development and assessments.
