• Receiving, checking, recording, verification and forwarding the Request-Application, sent in writing form by the users of VIP / CIP Service • On the basis of the application before the flight , a seat reservation is made on the aircraft taking the preference of the passenger into consideration or depending on his function (Head of state, prime minister, parliament member etc.) , informing the airline company and concerned airport departments responsible for handling the aircraft, for the number of passengers on the flight • Reception, registration of the passenger and luggage, assistance through security and passport control, and accommodating the passenger in the lounge • In coordination with the flight operation agent, a boarding is made and the passenger is transported to the aircraft • Reception of the of the passenger on arrival by the aircraft, transport to the VIP/CIP lounges, accommodation in the lounges, taking over documents for passport control and the luggage tags • In case of lost luggage, assisting the passenger and giving him priority with the Lost and Found Department • Communication and cooperation with all internal and external departments, as well as the fulfillment of all other assigned duties by the superiors • Making sure the VIP passengers get the proper service.
