  Nena's Quick Stop was a convenience store located in Northern Indiana near a lake. I started the business and built it from the ground up with help from my brother Bob (who owned the building and spent alot of time and money on the remodeling of the building and property). I was able to successfully establish and grow this business and handled all functions of the operation. Nena's Quick Stop was a convenience store located in Northern Indiana near a lake.   This business was in foreclosure when I purchased it. My goal was to clean up and re-build the clientel and sell in 2-3 years time, which is what occured and I sold the business at 3x the initial start up capital. I had fun doing this. I was in construction for several years prior to this and my duties there besides being part owner - I was Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Haskins Inc. in Bonita Springs, Florida. Unfortunately a divorce ended that career. This business was in foreclosure when I purchased it. My goal was to clean up and re-build the clientel and sell in 2-3 years time, which is what occured and I sold the business at 3x the initial start up capital. I had fun doing this. I was in construction for several years prior to this and my duties there besides being part owner - I was Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Haskins Inc. in Bonita Springs, Florida.
